Client Requirements
We begin by investing time and effort with our clients to fully understand what their individual needs and requirements are for both the role and the individual. This allows us to build a tailor made candidate solution that will deliver perfect results aligned to your time and cost targets as well the level of quality your company expects of you.

We work extremely closely with our people to ensure that they meet both the job specification requirements and the people skills which will enable them to perform at the highest levels whilst being a good fit within your company and it’s culture.
How the Candidate Process Works
Identification & Matching
Once we fully understand your role and candidate requirements we then identify the most suitable candidates for you using a variety of tried and tested methods. We initially identify candidates we have registered with us and stored in our up to date ‘People Asset Register’. In addition to this, we complete an individual ‘search and match’ of the top job sites available and, where appropriate, advertise your job role and candidate requirements as agreed with you on these sites. Other forms of successful candidate identification include advertising in local press and utilising our Colleges & Universities networks.
Pre Selection & Pre Screening Processes
Once we have successfully matched suitable candidates skills and experiences against the role we have been asked to fill, we then conduct our own Pre Selection process. If we consider a candidate meets and fits the key criteria, we then complete a Pre Screening Interview. If candidates successfully pass this stage, we will then capture all of their personal details using our Candidate Registration Form and obtain copies of all relevant and necessary supporting documents such as Passport, Work Permit, etc. At this stage we will arrange for all necessary references to be obtained. We then forward their CV and details to you with a view to a formal company interview taking place.
During all of the necessary interview stages, we will be the link between you and the candidate all of the way, providing feedback and effective communication through the whole process. Should the candidate be successful and upon offer of employment, then all personal candidate information received will be released to you.
